On Sunday June 26 we celebrate the 3rd edition of the Mundaka SUP Race, scoring for the Circuito Vasco test; with a total of 52 enrolled in the various categories, we saw how they gave everything in the incomparable setting of the Urdaibai reserve.

Course SUP Mundaka Surf Team

Laughter, sport and good atmosphere. That is the summary of a special evening in which some partners MST learned the basics of SUP. The session began with a theoretical part, about 30 minutes to explain issues simply as safety position, how to climb the table, placing the oar, like rowing and off the table, etc.. The practical part is made in Laidatxu, practicing spins and correcting posture to prevent future injuries.
